FIRST, browse through our web site and note the destinations and itineraries that look good to you. If you are interested in a custom itinerary, give some thought to where you would like to go, what you would like to do, and your budget

SECOND, Carefully read through the terms and conditions. Please insure that you fully understand the trip terms and conditions before you book your reservation. If you have any questions regarding the terms and conditions, do not hesitate to call us

THIRD, Contact Your World, Your Way Travel. If you are interested in a custom itinerary, we will discuss your trip plans with you and return to you with a draft itinerary and a quote ASAP. Usually this process takes about 2 business days, a bit longer if the trip is complex and involves multiple countries.

FOURTH, Review the itinerary and let us know what you would like to change, if anything. Custom itinerary planning tends to be a somewhat iterative process; we want to get everything just right!

FIFTH, Complete the Reservation Application and read and sign the Release of Liability and Assumption of Risks forms and return to us by mail (we need hard copies) with your trip deposit. Upon receipt of this, we will forward you our informative trip preparation packet and help you to secure airline reservations, if necessary

Terms and Conditions

Tour Inclusions

All regularly-scheduled Your World, Your Way Travel tours include the following in the tour price: Airport transfers upon arrival, accommodations based on double occupancy, meals as set forth in the tour program, all ground transportation, tour leader and local tour guide(s), entrance fees, and welcome package.

Exclusions

The following items are NOT included in the price of Your World, Your Way Travel scheduled tours: International and domestic air, alcoholic beverages and snacks, medical and medical evacuation services, items of a personal nature (eg, laundry service, phone calls), health/accident/baggage theft/trip cancellation insurance, passport/visa fees, international or domestic airport departure taxes and passenger service charges, excess baggage charges, tips to guides and drivers, or expenses arising from delays beyond the control of Your World, Your Way Travel or its agents, for any reason.

A Note on Accommodations and Meals

All accommodations are based on double occupancy. Single travelers have the option of paying a single supplement to book a private room, or requesting to room with another single traveler if possible. We will do our best to find a suitable roommate in these circumstances.

Daily American Breakfast and approximately half of all lunches and dinners are included with all scheduled tours. Lunches and dinners, where part of the tour program, include drinking water and one soft beverage or beer free of charge. We feel that our guests appreciate having a certain amount of free time, as well as the opportunity to do some independent exploring and dining. Our tour leasers and local tour guides are always happy to recommend a range of excellent eateries for you to choose from.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Book early to avoid disappointment. Your World, Your Way Travel scheduled tour programs are limited to fourteen participants per departure.

A $300 per person, non-refundable deposit is due upon booking to confirm a reservation for a tour or custom itinerary program. Balance of the tour cost is due 60 days prior to tour departure.

Cancellation Terms

In the even that you must cancel your trip, the following cancellation schedule applies according to the day Your World, Your Way Travel receives notice of cancellation request:

• Over 60 Days prior to departure - $300 per person (deposit can be applied to another scheduled departure or a custom itinerary of the guests' choosing)
• 31 to 60 Days prior to departure - 25% of tour program cost
• 16 to 30 Days prior to departure - 50% of tour cost
• 8 to 15 days prior to departure - 75% of tour cost
• 0-7 Days prior to departure - 100% of tour cost.

Changes to Tour Itineraries

Your World, Your Way Travel reserves the right to alter the itinerary, arrangements, accommodations, meals or dates of any tour.

Release of Liability and Assumption of Risks

There are certain risks and dangers inherent in traveling in a foreign nation. Tour guests must read and sign a comprehensive Release of Liability and Assumption of Risks form prior to embarking upon a Your World, Your Way Travel scheduled group program or custom itinerary tour.

Insurance

Your World, Your Way Travel STRONGLY ENCOURAGES all tour participants to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy covering trip cancellation and baggage loss/theft. We also urge tour participants to check their personal health policy to determine whether it covers travel in a foreign country and emergency medical evacuation if necessary.

Airline Ticketing

Your World, Your Way Travel tour programs commence upon arrival in Asia. It is the responsibility of the tour participant to arrange for booking and purchase of all airline tickets. We work in this manner because many travelers wish to make a stopover along the way, utilize frequent flier award tickets, or travel on a specific airline. We can help you secure your air tickets if you so choose.
