OUR PHILOSOPHY
We created Your World, Your Way Travel as a vehicle to share the rich experiences
of some of the world's most exotic destinations with our gay and lesbian
friends. Our belief is that in order to get the most out of these exotic
destinations travelers must go beyond the sandy beaches and "must-see" tourist
sights; avoid the sterile, international chain hotels and seek out the delightful
local inns and boutique accommodations on offer; get out of the tour busses
and vans as much as possible; and venture "off-the-tourist-track" to
see those magical spots that most other travelers - as well as most other
tour operators! - never find out about. All with a degree of comfort and
luxury not often found on most "adventure" tours.

Your Way Travel caters to a special type of traveler - one who
wants to experience the REAL Southeast Asia
by meeting and taking the time to get to make friends in the destinations
we visit; learning about the local cultures, customs, arts and beliefs;
and seeking out traditional ceremonies. At the same time, we believe
that our gay and lesbian guests will get a richer and more satisfying
experience by traveling with a company that is gay-owned and -managed;
works
with local gay-owned and gay-friendly agents, guides and hoteliers
in the destinations we visit; and travels with a small group of
like-minded travelers on scheduled group tours.

Your World, Your Way Travel
Services is a specialty tour operator, focused on providing custom-designed
programs for individuals and
small groups, as well as scheduled special interest, small-group
tours, exclusively to Southeast Asian destinations and Hawaii. This
specialization - combined with over a decade's experience in the
Southeast Asia travel industry, years of living in the region, and
a lifetime of fascination with its cultures - enables us to devote
all of our energies and resources into creating the most personalized
and insightful trips on the market.
Collectively,
management of Your World, Your Way Travel and its regional partners
represent decades of experience in the Southeast Asian travel and tourism
industry. We have lived, worked and traveled extensively throughout
the region, scouring every corner for the most interesting spots. Let

At Your World, Your Way Travel, we consider our guests to be family.
Our guests are traveling
to the other side of the globe - to 'the ends of the earth,' so to
speak - to journey with us. We pledge to provide the most
careful trip planning; highest level of service; dependable, knowledgeable
and friendly guides, drivers and vehicles; and personalized attention
to insure that each and every guest has a "WOW" experience
on our tours.
RESPONSIBLE
TOURISM AND CORPORATE CITIZENSHIP
We believe that travel
to and tourism in lesser-developed regions can have both positive
and negative impacts. In order to insure
that our activities have the most positive effect and bring the
most benefits to the people living in the regions we visit, Your
World, Your Way Travel promotes "responsible tourism" and "corporate
good citizenship" at every turn. Examples of responsible tourism
include limiting group sizes to insure that we do not disrupt the
daily lives of the inhabitants; treating with respect the natives
of destinations we visit by staff and guests alike through our
behavior and actions; supporting locally-owned shops,
restaurants and hotels (versus international chains and outside,
investor-owned venues) in order to provide jobs, profits and a
better way of life for the local citizens; and educating our guests
about the cultures, religions, and ways of life of the inhabitants
in order to promote better understanding.
Your World,
Your Way Travel promotes good corporate citizenship through a variety
of ways, not least of which include providing jobs and purchasing
goods and services in our destination countries. We also are in
the process
of developing a charitable fund, the YOUR WORLD, YOUR WAY FOUNDATION.
A percentage of company profits is to be donated to the foundation,
which will be tasked with making charitable contributions to improve
the lives of the least fortunate in the region. We have identified
our first two recipients for funding this year - an orphanage for
HIV+ children in rural Issarn (Northeastern Thailand), and an organization
that assists victims of land mines in Cambodia. We will continue
to search for recipients of the foundation's grants, with an emphasis
on organizations that support gay and lesbian causes, children
and provide relief to sufferers of HIV and AIDS. WHAT
YOUR WORLD, YOUR WAY TRAVEL IS NOT
Your World, Your Way Travel Services does not promote
or engage in sex tourism. We are firm supporters in the fight against
child prostitution and the exploitation of women and children.
